Acrylamide-MBA Premix
AGC-AG Acrylamide Premix is an acrylamide chemical grout that is packaged in 50 lb. bags. it is a dry crystaline powder that readily dissolves in water to produce a solution of low viscosity. When catalyst is added to the grout mixture the solution has about the same viscosity fo water. As a result it will penetrate soils similarly to water. The grout solution will penetrate all voids into which it is injected. When injected into soil and cured it bindes the soil particles together and forms a stiff impermiable gel thereby controlling the flow of groundwater.
ACG-CATALYST A
ACG-Catalyst A is a colorless liquid that readily dissolves in water and is used as a catalyst or activator for the reaction of ACG-AG. When the catalyst is added to the ACG-AG solution the grout mixture has about the same viscocity of water.
ACG-CATALYST B
ACG-Catalyst B is a white granular material and is used as a activator for the reaction of ACG-AG. ACG-Catalyst B is the initiator that triggers the polymerization crosslinking reaction of ACG-AG. ACG-Catalyst B is a key component to the grout mix and is always only added to Tank B.
ACG-CATALYST C
ACG-Catalyst C is a white granular material and is used as a activator for the reaction of ACG-AG. ACG-Catalyst B is the initiator that triggers the polymerization crosslinking reaction of ACG-AG. ACG-Catalyst B is a key component to the grout mix and is always only added to Tank B.
ACG-RA Grout Reinforcing Agent
ACG-RA is a low viscosity gel strengthening agent. It is formulated to be added to the grout tank only. It readily dissolves in water to enhance the properties of the plymerization process. With the addtion of ACG-RA the final cured gel will have increased strength, improved hydrostatic pressure resistance and improved adhesion.
ACG-RI Grout Reinforcing Inhibitor
ACG-RI contains Dichlobenil which when added to the grout mixture effectively retards future root re-growth.
